The Bluegrass Solution formed in January 1998. Members are Richard Henry, mandolin and lead vocals,Michael Fuller guitar and tenor vocals, Mike Casey, banjo and bass vocals and Lee Folta on the upright bass. They play hard-driving, traditional-style bluegrass.

You can find "TBS" performing at a large number of Houston venues, and at festivals throughout Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. Additionally, they perform at churches and for private functions. Their recently released first recording project, self titled THE BLUEGRASS SOLUTION, consists of standard favorites and original songs that will surely become favorites. "TBS's" next project will be an all-gospel recording, hopefully out soon.

Richard Henry, mandolin picker, vocalist and songwriter, recently placed third in the Gospel Division of the songwriting contest at MerleFest- 2001, with his song One Step Closer (to heavens door). There were over 600 entrants in this contest.
